This is a great organization that holds workshops dedicated to mental illness issues. Many people turn to meth.  

methamphetamines are often taken to self medicate for a much deeper problem.  Meth use is greatly misunderstood.  It can happen to any person at any age.  Starting to use for weight loss (Body image) which itself can be a mental illness that leads to deadly conditions such as Anorexia And Bulimia.  Bi-Polar, Depression, Social Anxiety, PTSD, and many other disorders are on the list. See a doctor ASAP to determine if you are suffering a mental illness, it's a great place to start.

Church, Faith based Recovery.  Having a higher power is one of the strongest ways to begin and maintain relationships with other people recovering from addiction. It focuses on the underlying causes of why we use in the first place. Excellent Resource, as with all resources on there is no cost to attend.
